How it works

Download and launch
Download AnyDesk for your system (above), then open the application. No installation is required on most systems.

Share your ID
AnyDesk displays a 9-digit number (your "AnyDesk Address"). Share it with your M3IK technician by phone or email.

Accept the connection
When your technician connects, a window appears asking you to accept. You can decline or interrupt at any time.
Your security: Your M3IK technician will never connect without your explicit authorization. You see everything happening on screen and can interrupt the session at any time by closing AnyDesk.
